As a Branch Manger of 1st Metropolitan Mortgage, I have been
able to see first hand the dedication and desire needed to help
provide top notch service for any clients. The ability to
give my clients the best Colorado Mortgage options in the market
lead me to team up with 1st Metropolitan Mortgage. My background
in the business community has always been tied to Financial Management.
I worked at MCI for a number of years and eventually migrated
to Ford Credit. In each of these organizations I have had the
unique opportunity to work with a variety of people. These relationships
have been instrumental in my progression as a leader and communicator.
I know that these traits will prove to be valuable for the people
I provide services to. I recently completed my course work
at the University of Colorado in Finance which has enabled me
to graduate with my MBA. My B.A. course work was completed in
1996 at Western State College located in the Gunnison Valley.
My MBA and my B.A. had me focused primarily on Finance emphasizing
the Monetary Policy system. I believe this is why I am able
to forecast future interest rates and develop Colorado Mortgage
packages that tend to be superior to any other package offered
in the Colorado Mortgage market today.
In my personal life, I am married to a beautiful woman
by the name of Jaimee. We have been married since 1998 and have
enjoyed getting to know each other more with each year that passes.
After a 4 month whirlwind romance we were married in August 1998.
Currently Jaimee is a stay at home mom to our beautiful girl named
Matteah. We believe that Matteah was a blessing from god
and we have been so grateful for the chance to be parents. Matteah
meaning “Gift of God” was a true miracle for our
family. For years we struggled to have children, and after seeing
a fertility doctor, we were given less the 1% chance of having
children naturally. As we began to save our money to pay for a
very costly invetro process, we got lucky and Jaimee became pregnant
with our first child. Jaimee and I are blessed to have each
other and I know that we will continue to grow in our relationship.
Working as a branch manager with 1st Metropolitan has been especially
good for me. Jerry and I both set high standards of honesty and
goodwill towards all our clients, by providing the best programs
and pricing available in the industry. I have seen first-hand,
clients who lost hope in pursuing their dreams of homeownership
and have been able to relive that dream with us by qualify for
financing at 1st Metropolitan. Nothing is more satisfying in the
business than seeing the happiness and joy that comes with owning
your own home. My primary role comes in organizing and ensuring
that we meet the standard set by our clients and realtors. These
standards can involve various types of financing, credit support,
and deadline obligations. I know that clients and realtors are
the core of the business, and the standards set today will generate
trust and commitment for the future. The better I gets to
know you, the greater my incentive is to make you happy. My
goal is not to have one customer after another, it is to develop
on Friendship after another. We work for you and you should
never forget that, because we won’t.
