1st Metropolitan Colorado understands "preparing for the future" and that is our goal with each and every customer. A majority of our clients start off thinking that we are just in the business of loaning money, but we don't see it that way. We are helping our borrowers to create the biggest debt of their lives and it is our responsibility to help them professionally manage that debt. Jerry Case and Daniel Shepard have opened the first branch office of 1st Metropolitan Mortgage in Colorado Springs. Our office is now open at 825 Citadel Drive, in the Fed-Ex/Kinkos building. Jerry takes care of his clients by first finding out what they want to accomplish and then finding programs that mesh with their goals. Jerry is truly dedicated to the future of each and every client he comes in contact with. Whether he helps you with a new home today or helps prepare you for tomorrow, your best interest is at heart.

Daniel Shepard has been able to see first hand the dedication and desire to help provide top notch service for any entity entering the organization.
